- Taking care of customer enquiries
- Furnish timely quotation
- Arrange sample for their Sales persons.
- Provide optimum support to the sales team to generate more leads and achieve sales targets.
- Follow up for PO and sample approval.
- Order execution and pull in push out as per customer.
- Getting ETA/ETD and intimate to customers if any delay in delivery.
- Arrange dispatches Interdepartmental Coordination like warehouse, purchase and accounts team.
- Payment Follow up
- Forecasting and Planning
- Keeping track for running and executed order till closing the PO and payment received.
- Regular touch with customer to develop better relationship, understands customer’s plan for further projects requirement.
- Generate various reports as required by the management.
- Regularly updating customer with order backlog reports
- Getting price from respective PM or Quote center
- Getting customer’s forecast
- Align delivery as per customer’s requirement
- Getting new Design-in & Design-win
